YTU Schools care about the well-being of all our academic and administrative staff and aim to achieve continuous improvement with the perspective of learning together. We also care about the professional development of all employees and implement plans in line with this purpose through internal and external organizations. As we put children at the heart of everything we do, we apply the International Child Safeguarding Standards at our school, and we expect the same from our employees.
Graduation from a specific department, a valid teaching certificate and official assignment conditions are essential for teacher job applications. Postgraduate education such as an MBA or doctorate, international experience, knowledge of English and technological literacy in education are preferred.
The career process at YTU Schools begins with an interview held by the Human Resources unit and continues with the academic interviews held with the participation of the School Principal, Academic Vice-Principal, and the head of the department. If the members of the academic committee deem it necessary, they may ask the candidate to prepare a sample lesson plan, simulate a lecture, or write a motivation letter.
