YTÜ Schools 23rd April Children's Digital Art Exhibition

April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day is a fantastic opportunity for children to express their creativity and unique ideas! We are celebrating this special day with art under the theme of "Play", bringing together our students' artworks in our digital exhibition.

Play is one of the ways children explore the world, develop their imagination, and express themselves. Through this exhibition, we aim to discover how our students perceive play, how they interpret it from their own perspectives, and how they add meaning through their artistic expressions.

We invite all our students to contribute their unique artwork to this exhibition!

IB PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme)

Our school has successfully completed the IB PYP accreditation process, officially becoming one of the world schools implementing the Primary Years Programme (PYP). This program focuses not only on students' academic achievements but also on their personal development, well-being, and global citizenship.

With a student-centered learning model, we aim to develop students' inquiry, research, and problem-solving skills, helping them become individuals with a global perspective.

Common Sense School

Thanks to our efforts in promoting safe and responsible technology use, YTÜ Schools has been awarded the "Common Sense School" title by Common Sense Education.

Common Sense is a program designed to help children interact with digital content in a safe and healthy way. Additionally, through the Digital Citizenship Curriculum we implement in our Information Technologies courses, we equip our students with the skills to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.

Blue Schools Program

Our school has been accepted as a member of the Blue Schools Program under the Maritime Forum established by the European Commission, earning the European Blue Schools Certificate.

Through this program, we aim to develop students' ocean and marine literacy and raise them as environmentally responsible individuals. By integrating sustainable development goals into our curriculum and extracurricular activities, we teach our students how to use natural resources consciously from an early age.

Global Schools Programı

We are proud to be part of the Global Schools Program, an initiative run by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).

This program equips students with the necessary skills to succeed in the complex world of the 21st century. By integrating sustainability into education, we help our students become socially responsible global citizens who are aware of global challenges and take action for a better future.

Recognized as an IB World School

After beginning our educational journey last year, we are proud to announce that our school has successfully completed the IB PYP accreditation visit and has been officially recognized as one of the IB World Schools implementing the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

Our school was founded with the mission and vision of becoming an IB school, and in a short time, our dedicated community has achieved this remarkable milestone.

Eco-Schools International Environmental Education Program

Our Yıldızlı students have embraced the awareness that they are not the masters of the planet but an integral part of it. With a century-long tradition of environmental consciousness, Yıldız Technical Primary School students learn to respect nature’s balance while adopting eco-friendly behaviors and working towards leaving a cleaner and greener world for future generations.

As part of this mission, our school has joined the Eco-Schools International Environmental Education Program, which has been running since 1995. This initiative encourages students to rethink consumption habits, develop a human-and-environment-centered mindset, and raise public awareness.

We congratulate our young stars for taking on this meaningful journey toward sustainability!
